1Can you buy hearing aids online without fitting them?
You should first schedule a fitting or consultation before purchasing hearing aids because you may select the wrong one or they may not fit properly, which can cause discomfort. Only a qualified audiologist can advise on the most appropriate hearing aids and fit them for you.
2What payment methods do we accept?
We only accept online payments or card payments. We also accept all contracted medical aids and e-Fin microloans. To apply for an e-Fin loan,click here.
3How do you choose hearing aids?
Your family doctor will provide you with a referral to an audiologist to receive a complete check-up and test the status of your hearing. However, you don't need a referral letter to see us and can book an appointment if you are concerned about your hearing. We will run a few tests and fit your hearing aids to your specifications.
4What happens when you don’t wear hearing aids regularly?
If you choose not to wear your hearing aids as directed, you will likely suffer from continued hearing loss.
